Case Introduction

SPH No.1 Biochemical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SBPC) was established in 1994 by merger of Shanghai No.1 Pharmaceutical Factory with Shanghai Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory. In 2010, SBPC became a wholly owned subsidiary of SPH. As the core enterprise of the world top 500 company, SBPC has gathered together with its subsidiaries and formed a pharmaceutical biochemistry park in Shanghai.
